Lions Soccer Coaching - Terms & Conditions

Classes Payments

Unless otherwise agreed, payment for the entire class cycle is to be paid in advance. Payments can be made via Venmo or PayPal. Please make sure to include your child’s full name and class day in the memo section when submitting your payment. Please email lionssoccercoaching@gmail.com if you have not received the payment details or are having difficulties making a payment.

Absences

Absence from class due to occasional illness, last minute change of plans etc. will not be refunded and cannot be used as a credit towards another class.

Cancellations

Classes may be cancelled or skipped in the event of extreme weather conditions at the discretion of Lions Soccer Coaching and its coaches. In the instances of bank holidays or religious holidays they may be skipped where applicable, and when agreed upon in advance by the admin team and other class participants. An extra week will be added to the end of the regular class cycle if a week is cancelled or skipped.

Photography

You are welcome to take photographs of our coaches and classes in action, but we do ask to be referenced -www.lionssoccercoaching.com. Lions Soccer Coaching reserves the right to use photographs and video taken in classes and camps for their website, newsletters, and promotional materials.

Camps Enrollment

Attendance must be pre-registered at least 24 hours before the session. Last-minute bookings may be available where space permits but cannot be guaranteed. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received in full.

Weather

Lions Soccer Coaching reserves the right to cancel camp days if extreme weather conditions make it unsafe to play. Families will be notified via their provided email if soccer is cancelled.
